In the age of Instagram, fashion has become performance. Outfits are curated not just to be worn, but to be seen, liked, shared, and validated. Trends move at the speed of a scroll: today it’s the “cow girl aesthetic,” tomorrow it’s something entirely different. And in the rush to keep up, many people lose something far more valuable than relevance their identity.
